Protection and Advocacy of Individual Rights

The PAIR program serves individuals with disabilities who are not eligible for PADD or PAIMI services, or who want services that are beyond the authority of CAP. Services may include information and referral, complaint investigation, consultation, mediation, negotiation and legal representation.
