Florida's new Voter Assistance Toll-Free Hotline is now operational. The number is 1-866-308-6739, and is available from Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with extended hours on Election days, 7 am - 7 pm.

The Protection and Advocacy for Voting Access program represents the Advocacy Center's role in the 2002 Help America Vote Act (HAVA). HAVA was inspired by the 2000 Presidential Election troubles, and aims to make voting easier and more accessible for everyone across the country.

PAVA will ensure that people with disabilities have complete access to all aspects of voting in Florida.
