The TAP program promotes awareness of assistive technology, services and
devices through information and training. TAP is authorized to provide investigation,
negotiation and litigation to individuals in their relationships with programs,
projects and facilities funded under the Rehabilitation Act as amended, the
Individual with Disabilities Education Act, the Developmental Disabilities
Act and other legislation related tot he provision of assistive technology.
